MODASYS Technology, the provider of B.Mobile caller ring back tones, turned two last August 1.

In commemorating this historical milestone, the company has line up a host of promotions for B.Mobile subscribers in appreciation of their support towards Cooltones and 3g.com.bn services since it's launch in 2007. Modasys founder, Hj Fawzi said there are three ongoing promotions namely, Free tones promo, Package tones promo and Lucky Draw promo.

He explained that the Free tones promo was valid for one day only, that was on August 1 whereby those subscribing to Cooltones.net will get free five callers ring back tones.

He added that the promotion was applicable to new subscribers who signed up on that day.

He said that the Package tones promo allows Cooltones subscribers to choose 10 ring back tones of their choice for only $5.

He informed that this promotion is available throughout the month and opens to all existing and new Cooltones subscribers.

He said in order to purchase the package, they only need to visit wap.3g.com.bn via handset browser.

Hj Fawzi added they are also starting the second round for Cooltones' invite friends lucky draw this month.

"This draw is opened to Cooltones subscribers and they have to invite their friends using the Cooltones Invite Friends Link.

Subscibers will only be eligible for the draw once their invited friends have successfully subscribed to Cooltones," explained Hj Fawzi.

He added that top 10 subscribers with the most number of invited friends stand to win exclusive prizes.

Meanwhile, the "Win a Designer Bag" sms contest is coming to an end soon.

Jointly organised by Modasys Technology and B. Mobile Communications, the contest is ending on Aug 28.

Hj Fawzi said it is being held for the first time and has been aired on the local radio stations since last month.

He continued that thus far the contest has been receiving encouraging response by the B.mobile users.

Hj Fawzi said just like the previous competition, the Barclay Premier League sms contest, the first prize winner of this competition will receive a Louis Vuitton handbag, while the second winner will receive a Gucci handbag and a Coach handbag for the third winner which they will collect at the respective boutiques in London, the UK. He explained that aside from the designer handbags, the lucky winners will also be receiving a return air ticket to London each.

On top of that, their accommodations, meals and transportations are also be taken care of while they are in the metropolitan city.

There are also consolation prizes that include Asus mini laptop, Apple iPod Touch and. Digital Camera Zoom package

The competition is opened to all B.mobile and Cooltones subscribers.

In a separate ceremony, Modasys recently presented prizes to the five lucky winners of Cooltones Pelangi Quiz final.

The event was held at the iCentre, in Anggerek Desa.

The winners, Md Aminol Rasyid Hj Maidin, Nazmi Hj Zakeria, Norhashima Hj Hassan, Nurzelawati Hj Mejenis and Md Nazari Serbini each received an exclusive Cooltones T-shirt from Modasys marketing and graphic designer Siti Hasyimah Hj Mohd Lihie.

Among them, Md Aminol Rasyid was lucky a second time when he was chosen to win a lucky draw prize worth $70 comprising voucher and goodies sponsored by Aulait Café, MVision Empire Cinema, B.Mobile Communication, QQestore and MarAzmala Petrol Station.

Md Aminol Rasyid from Kuala Belait told The Brunei Times that he felt very happy and lucky. He said that he won the contest by simply answering the questions via sms.

He added that he would continue taking part in the quiz as he was aiming for the exclusive London trip prize.
